We are now in one of the most important yearly season’s of the church, the season of Lent. Lent is a time to prepare your heart for a renewed experience with Jesus. It is a time to remember that we are totally dependent on the mercy of God through Jesus, a time to repent to make sure Jesus is on the throne of your heart. Lent begins with Ash Wednesday and culminates with Good Friday and Easter. On Good Friday we focus on how Jesus suffered and died on our behalf; Jesus said that no one will take his life, but that he is laying it down (John 10:18). On Easter we celebrate Jesus’ resurrection, His victory over death; because Jesus conquered death, those who have faith in Him will also rise again. God bless you!

Our Good Friday service on April 7th (7pm) will be a solemn time where we remember how Jesus laid down His life so that we may live.
Our Easter service on April 9th will be a special time. Please join us on Sunday, April 9th, at 10am to celebrate Jesus’ resurrection.

After the service on Palm Sunday, April 2, all children are invited to participate in TVCF’s traditional Easter Egg Hunt, Egg Rolling Contest, and Egg Relay on the back lawn! There will be prizes! Parents and families – please come to watch and cheer! **Parents, please make sure that your children wear old clothing or have a change of clothing due to dye and grass stains!

Trinity Vineyard will host readings in the Psalms during Lent. There will be a Zoom call each evening at 9:30pm where we will read the Psalms to each other. We will read for about 22 minutes. This will allow us to go through all 150 Psalms three times during Lent. This is approximately the pace that many monks do. This will be the Trinity Vineyard version of Compline (night prayers before retiring). Let’s see how much this makes Lent more meaningful to you. You are welcome to attend as many or few nights as you want, and read a Psalm aloud or just listen. We will begin on Ash Wednesday and conclude the evening before Easter. Contact Us to obtain a Zoom link.

The next set of Growth Groups will start this Spring after Easter.

Vineyard Pilgrimage: Trinity Vineyard will lead a trip in September, 2023. We will be hiking on the famous pilgrimage route, the Camino de Santiago de Compostela in northwestern Spain. It looks like 15 people will be making this pilgrimage. (Many thanks to Gary Racine for all the work he has put in to making sure this trip happens.)

Did you see the “He Gets Us” Super Bowl commercials? Or maybe you’ve seen one of the commercials at some other time. Trinity Vineyard is assisting in responding to some of the inquiries generated by those commercials.

Our 10am Sunday Service is also broadcast through Zoom. To join us online, Click Here to use our contact form to request a Zoom link.

Covid has reminded us about the fragility of life. While we have breath, let’s live for Jesus. Remember what the Apostle Paul said in Collosians 3:1-4 as he addressed followers of Jesus: “Since, then, you have been raised with Christ, set your hearts on things above, where Christ is, seated at the right hand of God. Set your minds on things above, not on earthly things. For you died, and your life is now hidden with Christ in God. When Christ, who is your life, appears, then you also will appear with him in glory.”
